01What is BuzzerBeater?
An online basketball management game. You run a club, choose players and tactics, develop talent and compete against clubs managed by real people. Matches are simulated from the teams and decisions prepared by their managers.
02Do I control the players during a match?
You are the manager. You prepare your lineup and game plan before tip-off, then follow the simulation in the match viewer. The website’s tactics board is an interactive introduction.
03Is it free to play?
The core game is free. Optional Supporter features are described in the game; check the current offer before purchasing.
04Can I play on my phone?
Yes. You can open the web game or visit the official mobile store listings. The download page distinguishes available editions from desktop builds that are not yet published.
05Do I need an invitation?
Beta registration may require an invitation code. The registration page shows the current requirements.
06Is the match on this website live?
Yes. When a game is in progress, the website uses the same match renderer and real match data as the client. You can pause, rewind and return to live.
07Are my website experiments saved to my club?
No. The tactics, jersey and club previews are local demonstrations. They never change an account or a team.
